跑姿&呼吸問題 - 路跑 Road Running

跑步已經三個月了,但常常還是掌握不到訣竅,
所以還是停留在3公里的距離,常常跑到最後,膝蓋很痛,
或是呼吸不過來,或是腹部很痛,
有嘗試過跑到不行時,就慢下來用走的,但是再開始跑後又沒力了。
有去查一些網站資訊,大多是講要常常練習的資訊,
不曉得大家有沒有一些親身經驗可以分享?教教小弟。
最近在查資料,也有看到張鈞甯練跑的過程,
真的很意外她可以跑到21公里,真令我汗顏,
不過裡面有教說"跑步時身體要往前傾",這樣比較省力,這點是真的嗎?
