終於跑到10K了 - 路跑 Road Running

抓到要領的時候,即使是胖子也能跑的動。
每次跑步的時候,都很羨慕那些50~60KG的人,
因為少了20~30KG在身上,
跑起來就不會像我這麼累了吧。
昨天早上起來量了身高體重,是170CM 87KG,
也沒想太多,稍微動態伸展了一下就下去了。
自從有了8公里的經驗,我比較能夠依照呼吸的頻率來調整速度了。
加上經過兩三次跑姿的調整(前腳掌→腳尖→痛→全掌法,另一段故事)。
我已經能用比較流暢的動作持續跑了。
預設的目標是10KM,只比之前的8KM多了2KM=10圈操場,
一開始就放慢速度熱身,先感覺自己的步伐是不是自然流暢,
腳是不是在身體下方,著地是不是全掌著地,
這時速度是1圈=1分05秒(我跑第二道)。
跑完15圈時,我花了14分32秒。
中間的速度有比較快,所以我調整了一下,讓一小段改成放鬆,
其餘正常步伐。
到25圈時開始感覺滿喘的,就把速度放慢,好讓脂肪能量跟上補給。
到35圈時感覺真的滿累的,就只好讓自己再放鬆多一點,這時已經是35分54秒了。
到41圈的時候,感覺放鬆的差不多了,就回到正常步伐。這時已經是42分整了。
到45圈,又開始有點過喘,就稍放一下,然後大步補上。
最後來到50圈,我全力衝刺了,所以最後成績是51分35秒。
===心得===
我真的跑完了10KM,而且我還有餘力再往前跑,
這件事情堅定我對減肥的信心。
希望我以後再也不用用羨慕的眼神,
看著人家輕鬆跑過去。
明天,繼續奮戰。
