小弟第一次報名2月5日高雄國際馬拉松的超半馬
平常就是利用跑操場來練LSD
一直跑也是很無聊 於是打了一個表格
讓自己想像這是種遊戲 遊戲中要過50個任務
每天的LSD可以選一個任務來破
一方面在收集榮耀 一方面提升運動的能力
(ps 表格是適合我這種入門的 板上的強者可以更改內容)
1. 完成4公里 26.連續三天跑18公里
2. 完成6公里 27.連續三天跑20公里
3. 完成8公里 28.連續五天跑4公里以上
4. 完成10公里 29.連續五天跑10公里以上
5. 完成12公里 30.30分鐘以內完成4公里
6. 完成14公里 31.30分鐘以內完成6公里
7. 完成16公里 32.60分鐘以內完成8公里
8. 完成18公里 33.60分鐘以內完成10公里
9. 完成20公里 34.跑步圈數累積50K
10. 連續兩天跑4公里 35.跑步圈數累積100K
11. 連續兩天跑6公里 36.跑步圈數累積150K
12. 連續兩天跑8公里 37.跑步圈數累積200K
13. 連續兩天跑10公里 38.跑步圈數累積250K
14. 連續兩天跑12公里 39.跑步圈數累積300K
15. 連續兩天跑14公里 40.跑步圈數累積350K
16. 連續兩天跑16公里 41.跑步圈數累積400K
17. 連續兩天跑18公里 42.跑步圈數累積450K
18. 連續兩天跑20公里 43.跑步圈數累積500K
19. 連續三天跑4公里 44.一個月跑10天
20. 連續三天跑6公里 45.一個月跑20天
21. 連續三天跑8公里 46.一個月跑30天
22. 連續三天跑10公里 47.跑步1小時不間斷
23. 連續三天跑12公里 48.跑步1.5小時不間斷
24. 連續三天跑14公里 49.跑步2小時不間斷
25. 連續三天跑16公里 50.完成一次半馬
