禮拜一 9:00~11:30(PT+Teily的階梯)
19:40~21:50(Banai階梯+Jenny的BC)
禮拜二很少去有的話就是20:50(Banai的有氧)
禮拜三11:15~13:25(Ralph有氧+Nike的BC)
17:40(Maggie的入門有氧)
偶爾加一堂PT在15:00~16:00
禮拜四12:25~14:30(TinTin的階梯+PT)
20:50~21:50(Kevin的BC)
禮拜五10:05~11:05(Sharen的有氧)
14:45~15:45(Banai的階梯)
偶爾在16:00~17:00加PT
禮拜六會去就是11:15(Teily的BC)
禮拜天會去的話是EJ和Joey的BC
算算一個禮拜來說多的話有13小時有有氧
3小時重訓
運動量應該算大吧
不過我猜我會被鞭BC太多堂
話說我今天問了Roland關於BP和BC算不算有氧這個問題
Roland回答我說
基本上超負擔才算是無氧運動
拳術本身是無氧運動
因為當連續出拳的時候是會憋氣的尤其是重拳
但是因為時間短(一節大概都3分鐘)
所以會把心跳跟負擔拉的很高然後瞬間靜止
瞬間靜止這個要素也很重要
所以基本上BC屬於有氧
那BP呢?
因為不符合超負擔這個標準
所以他不算無氧
畢竟如果我二頭可以單手25磅
但我不可能從頭到尾拿25磅的槓片來上BP
所以他還是接近有氧運動的
因為計性不是很好
所以只能用我有印象的片段來回答
