慢跑鞋:10公里的完成時間在50分鐘左右,全程馬拉松5個小時以內完成。
路跑鞋:10公里的完成時間在40分鐘左右,全程馬拉松4個小時以內完成。
馬拉松鞋:10公里的完成時間在30分鐘左右,全程馬拉松3個小時以內完成。
保護性和鞋底厚度 重量是 慢跑鞋>路跑鞋>馬拉松鞋
價格和透氣性是 馬拉松鞋>路跑鞋>慢跑鞋
對於腿力練到一定程度的人來說,自身肌肉已有足夠的保護能力,
而且過厚吸震的鞋底會抵消腳的踢力傳達到地面。較薄的鞋底可以
更好傳達踢力好跑得更快,但是相對的保護性就不夠…
對一般不是要打破紀錄衝前幾名,而只是跑健康的人,其實平常和
比賽都穿保護性較好的慢跑鞋就好。

其實我也是買慢跑鞋錯買到路跑鞋… 買鞋只能求自已比店員專業…
