慢跑胸悶 - 路跑 Road Running

各位好
小弟每天慢跑也有一段時日了
在完成自己所預設的量後
除了感到腿痠和正常的疲累感之外
最重要的是
會覺得"胸口很悶"想打嗝
想請問各位這是跑步姿勢的問題嗎?
亦或是和有點駝背有關呢?
