第一次練間歇的感覺 - 路跑 Road Running

昨天一如往常的去國小操場跑步(一圈兩百公尺),想說最近看了版上間歇的介紹
還有其他網路上的講解,心想不然來練一下400公尺 X 20 好了,跑第一次覺得還
好,接著跑第二、三圈,開始覺得有點喘,這種喘跟我平時跑40圈那種感覺不太
一樣,因為喘歸喘還是可以繼續跑完40圈,可是間歇跑到後面會有腿軟的感覺,
等到差不多第9次快跑完時,竟然有種快升天的感覺,覺得快要沒有呼吸了,跑完
超級喘,想說平時跑步跑個40圈也不會這樣,我每天都會跑40圈六、日50圈,都不
會有那種腿軟跑不下去的感覺,間歇跑沒20圈就開始腿軟,不過我還是硬著頭皮繼
續跑,直到第十二次實在是稱不住了,在跑下去很怕真的會往生只好放棄,實在不
明白為什麼跑間歇跟平時的慢跑差那麼多,特別的累,回家時右腳的腳踝那邊又酸
又痛,走路有點要用拖的,這是因為第一次跑間歇的關係嗎??對了我跑一次400公尺
差不多都維持在83秒~85秒之間(跑400公尺走200公尺),不知道會不會很慢。
