想請問LSD一些疑問~ - 路跑 Road Running

各位大大們好!!!!!!!
小弟想在30歲前挑戰一次初馬
預計就是明年(因為今年時間比較多 實力應該會是最厲害的一年)
之後的2~3年說實在運動機會可能不會有這麼多~
加上年紀越來越大就不會想去挑戰全馬(反正各種理由拉)
主要報名賽事是明年3月櫻花馬(就..袋子不錯看 板上又是寫全賽事裡最硬)
完全符合我抖M的人格特質~
(別勸退我~我已經繳1400惹...)
問題來了
我知道要挑戰全馬要做LSD
(以前完全沒做過)
因為我都只有每天跑10公里這樣
速度就懶得提了
昨天嘗試跑了一下半馬距離
用NIKE+里程計算
大概跑完是還能撐得住
但是有個問題
''假設''
每天10公里均速 差不多X分速左右
LSD 也想用相同分速跑完
這樣做LSD有成效嗎?
(我看板上討論LSD要比平常均速慢20秒左右
可是我想維持10K跟LSD均速一樣這樣不知道行不行?
LSD每周做一次
10月到11月 21K
11月到12月 26K
12月~1月 30K
1月~2月 35K
2月~3月 35K 最後一次40K
3月 完全休養 每天 10K等比賽
差不多就是這樣的菜單
體能不行 再每個月減3~5KM調整
其實心裡一直有個問題:
LSD為啥距離要比全馬少??
簡單來說
比賽應該要比LSD耗費更多體能不是?
要競速總不可能像LSD這樣爽爽跑
要是只做35K會不會比賽跑到35K就GG??
請大家解惑一下 感謝!!!!
最後就是 雙溪櫻花馬..會迷路嗎?
