腳踝受傷後跑3千求建議(數學差弄錯了) - 路跑 Road Running

抱歉!!!我把4.5k和4分半速完全弄混了!!!
是"跑步機顯示的4.5的速度"跑十分鐘 不是4分半速~
請原諒原po數學差!!!

原po二個月前整從樓梯摔下來
跌個狗吃屎 腳踝扭傷拄拐杖一週
醫生說是韌帶有受傷 這兩個月完全沒運動
結果又爆肥六公斤...(超過標準體重3公斤)
然後剛去跑步 發現只能用跑步機顯示的4.5k速度跑十分鐘
(我很弱 受傷前也差不多是用這種速度跑一小時....)
中間腳踝感覺有稍微疼痛或不穩
所以跑了十分鐘就停了
但半年後我必需要在18分鐘內跑完三千公尺...
現在就算腳踝頂得住 也只能一小時內三千公尺....差太多了
請問各位高手有什麼建議嗎?感恩啊~
