想增強三千公尺的速度 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟今年畢業
準備要入伍了
聽在當兵的朋友說現在體能要求比較高
三千至少要跑十四分
我前幾天自己去操場測了一下
跑大概十五分十秒
已經覺得很累了= =
我想問的是
假如要加強三千公尺的速度
那我練習的時候是全力衝三千
還是跑慢點然後距離拉長
哪種練習比較有效呢?
