不喜歡運動還要跑大老遠的好地方
所以在租屋附近小學慢跑
先前購入新鞋 rider12(亮鞋帶款) 怕弄髒於紅土路面 (新鞋心態)
就嘗試在走廊上慢跑(運動時間:早6~8、距離:4k~5k、熱身:一般暖身+跳繩、收操)

一點點心得 (走廊是 │○○│ ○○<=操場 )
缺點: 優點:
1.視野不佳(跟操場比) 1.陽光曝曬時間大大減少
2.道路狹長(無需繞圈有折返點) 2.下雨天亦可慢跑
3.實際里程不明 3.鞋易清理保養
4.路面摩擦力不足(疑慮) 4.無需顧慮順、逆跑問題
其要考慮的是,在走廊跑和在紅土跑,膝蓋承受度走廊大於紅土對吧!!
