不好意思 登山版好像都沒有相關的文章
因此來這邊請教大家
如果目標其實是往登山發展的話
大家會建議平時如何跑步呢?
我是女生 很汗顏的平常完全沒有運動習慣…
爬過的百岳也只有合歡群峰(囧)
事情是因為兩個禮拜後我就要失心瘋參加水漾森林的團
也就是說要負重15kg連續爬完8~9小時的山路
現在說實話還頗擔心的!
(只有我一個女生不想拖累大家的速度啊)
今天是我第一天跑步
跑了6km/40分鐘
我的感覺是前30分鐘都不太會累 還可以邊跑邊聊天
最後5分鐘試著加速就開始呼吸很不順
不知道這樣子的體能狀況算是如何?
真的撐得下去前述的山路嗎?
目前打算一周跑四天 再看看可以把跑的時間拉長到多少 速度不變
因為我要練的重點似乎在耐力 (是嗎?)
另外有想過要不要負重跑步
這方面具體該怎麼進行我就完全沒有概念
(背多重? 甚麼包包? 膝蓋會不會爆? 真的可以這樣搞嗎??)
這個短期計畫的重點是我只有兩周呀!!!!!
還希望有經驗的版友給點建議 在這超短的時間怎樣進行適合的訓練
