每週六次 vs 每週三次 - 路跑 Road Running

我是一個跑步新手~
跑了三週了~
以前有固定打球的習慣~
最近想開始練習慢跑並以一年後參加馬拉松為目標...
所以開始看書.上網.看ptt等方式來找訓練方式...
有些人建議每週練習六天休息一天~
但是也有人建議每週三次以及交叉練習(前面的文章有提到)
所以想請問版上的各位
如果以一年後參加全馬為目標...
到底要一週六天訓練還是三天就夠了
簡單說~我的問題在於~
不知道該怎麼拿捏練習量~怕訓練不夠又太多會怕受傷....
希望能得些各位的經驗分享~
