這是我的故事。在報名東京馬拉松之後,才開始練跑的日子。
從最初不到3K,一步步增加練跑的里程數,在東京馬之前,我練習到30K的LSD,
在訓練過程也遭受ITB之困擾,只有繼續加強肌力,並輔以瑜珈及游泳的交叉訓練,
既可達到訓練肌力及增強心肺的目的,也減少只進行單一跑步運動所造成的傷害。
沒有運動基礎的女生,加上練習時間很有限,短時間要完成全馬目標,很不容易,
雖然不是全程跑完,在30K之後幾乎是走的多,但我真實地完成一場馬拉松。
我鼓勵有挑戰馬拉松目標的人,也謝謝當初鼓勵我的前輩,
但在不受傷的前提之下,要找到適合自己的訓練方式,
不勉強自己,不急進訓練,堅定的一步一步慢慢來。
