半馬五分速完跑的訓練方式? - 路跑 Road Running

之前有大大有開過菜單給我練過
也讓我初半馬用5分速跑完 分享一下希望對你有幫助
看來你應該是跑自強 跟我當時一樣
我練習的時候是跑10圈為基本
5:30 X3圈
5:20 X3圈
5:10 X3圈
5:00 X1圈
用上面的菜單去練 跑的時候多調整呼吸
我當時大約練一個禮拜後
隔個禮拜每天跑都可以平均5:00~5:10左右的速度跑完15K
假日再練個LSD拉個距離應該就OK了
當時成績是1:35:XX(但據說距離有少1K 加5分上去大概1:40
比賽時擠到前面去 跟著一位速度比你稍快的人跑
有人跟著速度比較不容易跑掉
