新手我每周跑一 三 五 共3天
如果不算上熱身 每次都有跑滿40分鐘
心跳15X~16X 因為我是在健身房跑 跑步機上都有一個側心跳的握柄
准不准我就不清楚了..
身高169 體重95!!
每次跑完大概都4.5~4.9公里之間 很慢..太魯了
之所以落差這麼大是因為要看腳的狀況如何
有時候腳狀況好 就能跑滿40分鐘
狀況不好 可能中間就好幾度要慢下來走兩三分鐘 才能再繼續跑
我想問的是如果中途用走的運動的效率是不是就大打折扣了?
我還蠻糾結這點的 因為我在靠跑步瘦身 覺得中途有用走的都認為沒怎麼運動到
有時候剛跑10分鐘就腳受不了用走的話 就會走一段之後 休息一下
再重新記時跑滿不走40分鐘
所以我想詢問各位版友的意見?
順便問一下該如何提升自己的能耐?
是提升跑的持續時間 從40分慢慢增加時間
還是提升速度跟里程 40分鐘之內要越跑越快?
