抬腳跟還是抬大腿?? - 路跑 Road Running

看許績勝教練的演講,是抬大腿去帶動小腿,
看徐國峰教練的演講,是腳跟盡量往屁股踢。
這兩種方法,小弟只能擇一,
就是一腳踏下去之後,把注意力放在:
1.抬起另一腳大腿。或是 2.踏下去之後那腳往屁股踢。
沒辦法做到抬大腿兼踢屁股...!
是我協調性太差嗎= =?
是抬大腿比較好,還是踢屁股比較好@@?
