小弟剛剛練跑步 想請問1600如何鍛鍊
有去測試了一下速度 大約 五分多(5:15)
可是跑完後感覺大腿內側會酸...上氣不接下氣= =
但是也不知道要如何鍛鍊比較好
想請問各位板大 1600應該如何練習比較好
1.鍛鍊方式??
2.有方法一個月速度能進步至5分左右嗎??
