騎飛輪時
總覺得自己上半身的律動和其他人不太一樣
有時律動過大
有時又太緊繃
沒辦法很自然><
問過教練
教練提到核心收緊 (讓髖部柔軟?)
還是沒辦法很精準的體會
請問要怎麼改善呢
