想知道bury1001(自介!)跟doris0825希望達成的目的是什麼?
燃脂? 曲線雕塑? 肌肉重建?! XD
燃脂是全身性的,
重點是運動的時間跟心跳率,
(說到這個,G大之前是不是寫過最大心拍數的東西哪?
我找不到 Q_Q ORZ)
只要有達到一定的心拍數,又持續夠久的時間,
就可以有燃脂的效果了~ ^^
