飛輪課... - 有氧運動 Aerobics

大家好
我是剛加入健身房的新手
目前的規劃是減肥+練線條 所以現在主要是做重訓+跑步機
有考慮之後以有氧或飛輪的方式來燃脂
可是有以下幾個問題:
1. 有氧教室的課程太多 不知道怎麼選
2. 有氧課的動作怕跟不上 這樣子效果會不會不如我連續跑跑步機的45分鐘?
3. 若跳過有氧直接從飛輪課程開始 會太勉強嗎?
其實我有嚴重的肢體不協調XDD 所以有氧課實在是很怯步啊
