飛輪用到的肌肉 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

請問一下飛輪用到的肌肉群和一般有氧練的大腿肌肉群有一樣嗎
今天飛輪踩肌力訓練 才踩一堂(以往都上兩堂)
幾乎快踩不動 (重量沒有特別重)
只不過2個星期沒有上飛輪 感覺差超多
但平常的 有氧課 NTC BODYPUMP/COMBAT/YOGA 還是持續在練
大家會有這樣的狀況嗎
一不上 就覺得差很多
