難過的一堂階梯課 ~ - 有氧運動 Aerobics

今天上陳安琪的踏板初級,不過其實是偏中級。
每堂課依照慣例會有少數新同學進來,有些甚至是完全沒接觸踏板的...
老師會建議這些新同學,把踏墊拿掉,甚至不要用踏板,
用Hi-low的方式來跟,為的是要聽懂口令跟對應的動作。
安琪講了一些初學踏板的觀念,也讓我回憶起自己是怎麼從零開始。
她建議新同學上過不同老師的課之後,
選一個自己最能習慣口令、舞步、分解的老師...一直跟一直跟...
如果一開始每個老師都亂上一通,風格混淆會容易萌生挫折感,
跟定老師上兩三個月後,基本型跟變化型應該都能跟上,這時再慢慢進階。
就算初級完全能跟,跑去上中級一開始可能還是一整個囧rz...
從初到中多少會有一點瓶頸,久了一定能突破,重點是別放棄....
學踏板的另一個好處,當然就是可以記憶力會變好,
如果我老了沒有得帕金森氏症,我要謝謝我的有氧老師,編很難的動作來整我....
