今天是我的初半馬.
很不自量力但又想挑戰自我極限 鬼遮眼的選了這場當初半馬
今天整個被抖坡嚇到.
尤其是過了那個軍事步道看一票人折返 心想我也快了
沒想到往遠處一看還有一行人纏繞在半山腰
就有點腿軟+傷心.很想叫朋友拖我上山.
成績比預期中爛有點多
原本預估應該會2:30左右完賽
回程猛看錶發現早已過了2:30我怎麼還在路上 = =
因此就陷入一種跑不完淡淡哀傷中..
我想問的是
1.今天一開跑我覺得天氣實在太棒了 有風耶..
不過不久就進入上坡 這時根本無法用跑的阿..
感覺自己都在小碎步 我看我右邊的人也在小碎步
於是突發其想,我用走的好了省點體力
但發現原來用走的步距要很大才能追上小碎步跑者
上坡到底要怎麼訓練才有辦法用跑的 是不是要多做股四頭肌運動阿..
老實說我成績那麼爛 主要是去程就花了1小時40分鐘
回程算正常,跟平時練跑平地差不多..
2.今天每個補給站我都有停下來喝東西(每次約1-2杯)
餅乾是沒什麼吃 有夠乾的.. 但吃了一兩段小香蕉
但回程超慘,大概12km處一直覺得右上腹部隱隱作痛.(尤其是下坡路段超明顯)
就好像吃很飽馬上去跑步一樣,但明明我沒吃多少阿
我看還有些人直接拿一根香蕉走,別人這樣就沒事
我香蕉只吃1/4根就出事是怎樣?難不成我水喝太多了..
3.這次覺得最奇特的事是.
上坡一段路之後 感覺心跳很快(平常練習應該不到這心跳)
然後再來遇到一段平地,就有點使不上力(這還是在不到5km的時候發生的)
下坡也一樣,下坡常不自覺就變快 再變回平地使不上力的感覺又出來了
好像是爆了一段心跳後繼無力的感覺 !@#$%^
這種現象是正常的嗎?
雖然過程狼狽不堪..但很慶幸小腿沒抽筋 膝蓋也沒有不適
大概是我速度慢的關係 只有左腳中指指甲淤血而已..
總之很開心順利完賽了~~~今天跑的途中朋友又在約要不要報太魯閣
我們一致認為合歡山應該留給強者去就好..
但我想今天這麼狼狽 太魯閣就讓我有點害怕了.. 但還是答應他了 = =
所以我想開始訓練爬坡計劃....謝謝回答.
