練習時水分該如何補充? - 路跑 Road Running

各位大大好,因年底準備參加半馬(第一次,之前頂多參加10KM)
10km,4、50分可跑完,所以也沒注意到水分或其他營養補充問題
。但最近面臨一個問題,因想持續跑個100分鐘,但當練習長跑時,
跑了一段時間後,渴到不行。如果是跑操場,水還可擺跑道邊,需
要時停下來喝水再繼續,但有時跑在馬路邊或河堤邊練習,總不能
拿著水壺邊跑吧!不知各位先進是如何解決此問題,謝謝!
