降體重...也算減肥吧??? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟身高171cm,體重67~68,體脂約15%
運動型態大約是周跑70K+週末兩天的各2小時的籃球3V3
重量訓練一個禮拜兩次(核心訓練+簡單的啞鈴舉重)
基於這個月想減至66,未來理想體重希望能回到64KG。
難題來了...吃算是3餐正常(偶爾嘴饞吃零食但不喝飲料)
晚上過6點就不進食!!!
體重依然hold住降不下來
是否有減重達人提供點更好的"減重"計畫
