想請教各位板友
不知道有沒有遇過早上跑完10k+
跑完後有吃早餐(火腿,吐司,太陽蛋x2)
中午也正常吃(很飽的港式飲茶)
可是下午從蹲下到站起瞬間還是很容易有暈眩感(機乎每次10k以上都很容易發生)
感覺有點像血糖過低導致姿態性低血壓,只是發生時間點有點晚...
不知道板友有沒有類似的經驗
請問該怎麼改善呢?
