請教幾個跑步問題(含XT錶) - 路跑 Road Running

大家好!
小弟前幾天爬了文之後,就敗了一隻XT錶
也順便買了心跳帶
然後又爬了文章,得知心跳率的粗略計算
然後我算了算,合適自己的心跳率最好維持在
110~~128.4
在這區間慢跑,就能維持在有氧的狀態,身體也比較不會負擔重
但是!這怪了,我是知道我平常心跳高
我才剛走到運動場
測一下我的心跳率就已經110左右了
再快走個幾圈就到140了
這有問題啊,這不就代表我在平常狀態就一直維持有氧狀態中?
只要控制飲食也不用運動了?太怪了點..
而且維持這心跳率,不就連跑都不用跑了
我之前跑了,是跳到150-170
爬了文發現的結論是維持在110-128才是有氧的狀態
總之不是跳愈高愈好,也不是愈累愈好
照這理論,我不就控制飲食,吃飽睡就在運動了?
求解求解~謝謝~
p.s附帶一問,XT錶可以一直處於背光模式嗎?(跑步的時後懶得按)
