最近為了初馬 算是很認真在練習
幾個月前跑櫻花半馬時,在火車上認識了一位長跑大哥
櫻花馬那場剛好是他的百馬
他說這兩年有很密集參加比賽,很快速的累積到百馬
平常的練習也大多都是20K起跳...
他知我要拼初馬,就說可陪我撐完整場
我心想我倆實力差那麼多
他大概330-400之間 我預估自己大約算後段班的後段班的後段班
因為怕拖累他,我就婉拒了
結果他就跟我說:他最近腳痛,目標是600完賽
我問他是什麼情況
他說是痛風.....我印象中他身材又不胖 怎麼會痛風
他就跟我說 林義傑痛風才嚴重咧...............
我就google了一下 發現長跑者真的很容易有痛風的毛病
原因是長跑過程中會流大量的汗水,但並不可能時時補充水份
因此造成排尿量減少 使尿酸累積在體內沒機會排出
因此長期下來,容易有痛風的毛病
所以跟大家分享,在練習長跑的過程中,結束後也要記得補充水份
讓身體回歸正常機制,這樣才能跑的長久跑的快樂
