1200跑走測驗 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟將在10/1參加台鐵體能測驗 目標1200米5分50秒跑完
因為這應該是我人生第一場有記錄的跑走比賽 實在有點緊張
每天早晚都跑3~5k練心肺跟肌耐力
但有個臨場問題 我分到8點到8點半報到
那我早餐到底應該吃嗎?若該吃要幾點吃 吃啥麼?
或是乾脆不吃 只喝流體物質 或是啥能量果膠
然後本身是非常會流汗的 我應該會綁頭帶防止汗流到眼睛
還有護腕必要時跑步中可以擦汗
我穿的衣服是有袖的排汗衫加籃球褲(過膝)
跑完一圈可能整片衣服褲子都濕了 不知會不會影響速度?
我看比賽的人都是穿無袖背心 跟短褲(膝上)
不曉得需要買個跑步專門的衣物嗎?迪卡儂還蠻多款式可挑的
其實不管這次體測結果如何 為了健康我會持續跑下去
不曉得有人可以給我建議嗎?
