練跑速度 - 路跑 Road Running

最近為了10月份有個體能測驗在練速度,練習時第一次跑成績通常很差..
覺得腿很沉重,練跑前我都有先做5-10分鐘的熱身還是如此
但若先慢慢跑1-2圈身體熱開後就感覺腳步輕盈多了
不知道有沒有什麼方法可以改善呢?
是否我的熱身還要再久一點?
