運動增加肌肉後覺得自己變胖了 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

撇開惱人的產後體重不談,開始一週三次運動約兩個多月的我,
身型確實有結實許多,腰部也開始有曲線了(但腹部超難練,還
是軟趴趴的T___T) 身體的大塊肌肉,如腿部、手臂也慢慢復甦
了,尤其是在Combat+Rpm的加持之下更是迅速。
但是! 我怎麼覺得我越看越像金剛芭比阿??!!
是因為我現在還不算運動太久,所以只是在長肌肉,而脂肪還沒
開始燃燒掉的階段的關係嗎?
還是我運動強度要再提升呢?
不知道大家怎麼克服惱人的停滯期,因為我停滯太久了,久到想
把體重計丟了。@@"但還是很在意體重阿T____T
