話說,昨天麻糬妹妹很開心的跳著tintin的入門有氧時,
當RUN到最後幾趟的時候,突然覺得頭暈目眩,整個人很沒有力氣,
所有的動作都無法很精確的做好,當時只有一個念頭,
那就是:「我好餓啊!!!!!」
跳完之後,謝謝有阿橘的巧克力和tintin的薑片(我不能吃壽司)
要不然我想我連教室都爬不出去吧,
提醒大家,要記得吃一點東西才進去運動唷,要不血糖過低,
不僅運動的成效出不來,就連動作也做的不確實,那是很容易造成運動傷害的唷。
