今天不知道為什麼鼓起勇氣再度去挑戰站前亞力的融合有氧...
原本跟我一起去的同事們今天剛好有事,
讓我很害怕今天識不是自己一個人在教室丟臉,
還好後來有另一個同事進來跟我一起跳了....
也許是因為上過兩次週二吳老師的初級課程,
一些基本動作比較知道在幹嘛了,
雖然遇到轉圈圈一樣常常會轉錯+手忙腳亂...
不過至少有一點小進步啦(自我安慰)
不過我跟我同事看起來明顯就是新手等級(手腳不協調的動作+恐慌茫然的神情),
難怪老師常常注意我們這區,
我同事又剛好穿件很鮮豔的橘色衣服,
整堂課老師都一直注意到他,讓他後來覺得小小不好意思呀
我覺得前面的動作都還不會太累,不過到後半段那些鍛鍊肌力的動作就Orz....
可以明顯感受的到肌肉的酸痛啊,
但又很自虐地想說一定要撐下去,這樣才有運動到,
還好最後有撐完整堂課。
心得嘛....果然這堂課又有有氧又有練到肌力,到最後汗是一直滴下來的呀!
很有值回票價的感受XD
所以接著上下一堂的combat時就覺得『哎呀 好像比較沒那麼累了』 :)
對了,想請問有固定上這堂課的朋友,
是不是這位老師(Tina?)上這堂課的內容事隔週換的呢?
(之前有人說這堂是不是一週上Hi Low,下一週上踏板?)
這樣對於踏板完全不熟的我又得想辦法怎麼跟踏板裝熟了...
