通常上完課所做的伸展都相當的不夠,
可以另外再找時間多伸展一些,
每個肌肉群停留一分鐘左右,
徹底的讓肌肉放鬆 ^^

是啊,不過摸著草莓的良心,
動作那莫快,拍子那莫多,
