現在很多醫生觀念還停留在舊思維
腸胃問題或胃食道逆流不用吃藥或開刀
只要斷食一段時間就會改善了
至於空腹運動反而對身體更好,就是要讓身體去適應燃脂而不是肝糖
我是每天斷食20小食,每天空腹18-20小時的時後去跑步1小時以上
精神與體力都比之前更好
