請問比賽時如何知道極限已經到了 - 路跑 Road Running

請問如何知道已經極限,不能再把速度拉上去了
因為全馬有變成步兵的經驗,
所以今年 3月半馬不敢放肆,跑 1:57 左右結束覺得還有餘力
5月的半馬就決定把速度再調上去
大概是從 5'40 然後慢慢 5'30 5'20 5'10 加上去
最後剩下 1 公里的時候看到前方有個正妹,想要再加速結果馬上腳就快抽筋只好變步兵,
還好走了 1 分鐘左右可以再跑起來,結束成績是 1:50:3x
滿意的是這場真的是有盡力,不滿的是沒追到正妹(誤)
不滿的是最後變成步兵,如果不要看到正妹加速,說不定可以穩穩跑破 150
想請問前輩們,如何知道自己的極限已經到了,不能再加速
