我以為沒限額....老天阿
好不容易喬好假,請問有人那天臨時有事不能去嗎?
到那天以前若有前輩臨時不能去的,可以請你轉讓給我嗎
我現在有沒有跑都會去花蓮一趟....哀 好傷心
我是想要報半程,若是全程的也可以

另外有件是想要請問一下
我算是從小學開始,因為100m跑太慢就用慢跑來逃避接力賽的人
漸漸地長距離對我來說就不是件困難的事
當然我也從不認為自己有多厲害啦 就把跑步當作是一個健康又能讓自己開心的事
直到前陣子因為學校訓練常有3000測驗 我跑12分半(女)
還有學校鼓勵參加馬拉松,我嚐試報名21km跑看看
完全是抱著有跑完就好的心情 沒想到竟然還得了名
然後,我才想,難不成我有跑步的天分嗎????
所以現在我算是想要好好練習,以邱媽媽為榜樣(我已經25歲了)
想說我一直練一直練 有一天說不定能夠跑出個不錯成績來
曖~以上好像有點離題了
所以我之前一直都是穿普通的慢跑鞋(算是有氣墊式)
想說換專業一點的馬拉松鞋看看
但是美津農店員告訴我,練習時穿氣墊式
馬拉松(平底式)鞋一兩個星期穿一次就好 請問是這樣嗎?
我看那些長跑阿伯每天都穿馬拉松的鞋阿
恩 潛水很久,看到太馬額滿太激動忍不住浮上來一問
