逛日本馬拉松網頁看到的,
最近日本很風行的一種跑法,直翻成:Flat 跑法。
(有跑友知道中文要翻成什麼??)
據說有以下的效果:
1.腳不容易累。
2.身體的上下運動較少,減少不必要的晃動,節省能量。
3.跟腳跟先著地的跑法相比,不會有「煞車」的效果,跑速較快。
跟之前所知道的腳跟先著地,
然後重心移轉到前腳掌的跑法不同。
Flat跑法特色:
1.以腳掌全部著地,分散沖擊力。
2.以踏地的力量向前移動。
3.腳掌快速向前移動,腳掌不往後踢。
4.膝關節以及腳踝彎曲度小,以髖關節帶動大腿部做 Swing 動作。
昨天稍微試一下跑了六K的加速跑。
一開始不大習慣,腳步會趴搭趴搭的響。
不過跑習慣了之後,順了之後就OK了。
因為我是用小步伐跑法,感覺我把步伐加快之後,
自然而然就有 Flat 跑法的感覺。
跑起來腳是比較不會累,不過要等跑習慣了才知道有沒有效?!
有跑友是用這種跑法嗎??
