認真的發問!!
為何每次參加馬拉松跑到半馬後 (有時才過10幾k)就想勞賽 有時還好幾次
賽前有飲食控制 跑前約兩小時用餐 開跑前偶爾吃香蕉或能量膠
每次都因為勞賽無法PB跑到後面都很生氣
