各位大大好,小弟接觸路跑已近兩年,因為之前步頻只有16x,想提升至180,但是每次到
後半段會因為心率提高關係掉步頻(平常只跑5~8k) , 我試過縮小步幅提高步頻但是沒注
意還是會掉,想請較有什麼比較省力的方式可以維持步頻?
