跑步時聽的音樂 - 路跑 Road Running

從去年到現在跑了快半年的跑步機,由於本人太胖了所以進步也很慢,一直到前一陣子
10KM才跑進1hr..約58分鐘左右.
從上個月開始想說改跑河濱,我都跑景美溪,從萬芳路跑到快景美舊橋,第一次跑10KM
大概跑了一小時15分,跑步機跟實際路跑果然有差,不過單純跑步還是蠻無聊的,禮拜天就
聽貝多芬跑,發現跟這音樂的節奏跑好像真的比較輕鬆一點,或許可以幫忙分心吧,結果
跑了1hr12min, 今天早上改聽圓舞曲,節奏更快一點,結果跑了1hr 9min,跟著音樂節奏
跑的確蠻舒服的,呼吸也不會亂,下次改聽別的試看看....
