最近開始比較密集的上瑜伽課
時間ok的話早晚都一堂
有個問題
我晚上習慣去附近學校跑步快走
那我要在上課前跑.回家沖一沖休息再去做瑜伽
還是瑜伽後再跑?
還有最近膝蓋有跌倒撞傷.淤青
那是不是膝蓋著地的動作都不要做了?
這樣整體效果會不會打折扣呢?
而且老師會一直關心你怎麼不動了 囧
