因為某次跟跑團練跑被指出右腳怪怪的,後來請人家幫我在跑步機拍下來。
在大概18秒的時候開始看比較清楚,右腳離地之後的腳尖似乎有往外"甩"的情形
不確定是不是所謂的overpronation(過度內旋)?右腳截圖請參考下圖

另外在靜止站立時,我的右腳腳尖也會不自覺稍微往外,有點像是下圖所示,
但是也沒轉得那麼誇張。當我想要硬橋回與左腳平行時,我的膝蓋反而會往內轉,
這樣跑起來反而覺得很彆扭

小弟跑齡已有五年,可見這些日子來都是這樣跑的,但也沒受過什麼嚴重的傷,
頂多拉傷過小腿。近兩年月跑量在40~60km不等,因為想要延長跑步生命,想知道要怎麼
來調整?請懂的高手幫忙建議謝謝!
