各位前輩大家好
想跟各位請教一下要怎麼樣訓練會比較好
我現在每個禮拜約跑步三到四天(都是晚上八點半之後,因為是輪班制有時23之後才跑)
每次的距離依當天狀況在4到6公里之間
平均五公里差不多需要23-25min不定,跑完之後都還會有餘力,然後走十分鐘紓緩一下
中間也不會有撞牆期的狀況出現
連續參加過兩次NIKE 10公里的路跑賽
2008是56min跑完,2009是54min跑完
今年似乎沒有NIKE 10K的路跑賽了,遂報明了十月中的統一發票盃10K的路跑賽
想請教各位的是依照我的狀況該怎麼訓練來調整到十月中參加10K的比賽
我希望能進步到50min分鐘之內完成
另外放眼今年年底的富邦半馬,當作是一個突破,這又要如何來做訓練規劃呢??
煩請各位前輩稍加指點或是幫我排一個簡單的訓練計畫
