大家好阿 加入亞力山大已經兩年了 他也成功的讓我的體重少了很多
從85公斤到現在的69公斤
不過體重卻停滯不前了 我還想再減個十公斤左右 請問該怎麼伴呢
目前我運動的行程如下
星期一 combat + pump
星期三 combat + jam
星期五 combat
星期六 jam
星期天 rockstar + pump
請各位減重達人給點建議吧 我該怎麼把體重減輕呢 尤其是肚子兩旁 真難減
