Hello~好久不見大家
因為最近有點想不開 一直想練後手翻之類~
結果發現自己的柔軟度很詭異
正面的柔軟度很好 可以前彎手掌觸地
也可以腳張開趴下去
可是側面跟背面好像就很糟糕...窘RZ~
尤其是背面 完全沒辦法下腰
趴在地上也沒法光用腹部跟背部的力量把上半身挺高
我朋友是說可以練習一個人拉腰 然後下腰 不過我太重了
幫我拉腰的會摔死吧
不然就是跪著做拱橋 可是對我也難了點
有沒有什麼練背部柔軟度的方法可以教一下阿 感謝大家了
