我發現兩者有些東西不一樣
許績勝:
膝前提 腿向後下方推鐙 腳掌不要刻意去拉 自然擺動就好
我試過的感覺是 大腿出力感覺會較多 膝蓋以下負擔變小
姿勢跑法:
注重腳掌上拉至臀部下方的動作 且強調不要推鐙
不知道各位前輩怎麼看這兩者的差異?
