最近碰到一個很大的問題,就是我"不會"跑LSD阿!
LSD顧名思義 長距離 慢慢的
但是自己都會不由自主的加速阿
之前10K 50分以內,傷後 現在10K 55分上下
有曾經試著用6'30"跑目標15K
可是才跑到2K就變成5'4X"的速度
降速對我來說超級痛苦,抓不到呼吸節奏,甚至連腳步、姿勢都會跑掉
目前的最長里程13K 1:15分跑完 只有第一公里是我LSD的預設速度...
為了3月的全馬,一定要有長距離的練習阿
難道只能每公里看APP強迫自己降速嘛? 囧
另外,鞋子目前穿MIZUNO RIDER 17
1月跑量破百,一週跑3~4次,每次7~12K
半馬目標:2h 全馬目標:5h
這雙鞋感覺有點不夠了,加上我不太喜歡前低後高的幅度太大
打算在比賽前再買一雙,有推薦的嗎?
目前有在看 ASICS NIMBUS 16 及 MIZUNO HITOGAMI 2
有沒有人要一起跑呢? 台北美術館旁的河濱為出發點
6K~18K皆可
