終於抓到姿勢跑法的感覺了 - 路跑 Road Running

這幾天沒事就用姿勢跑法小跑一下,感覺還不錯,昨天就嘗試用姿勢跑法練習三千公尺。
跑時不斷提醒自己,身體重心微微向前,刻意不抬大腿,想像腳踝在屁股後面劃圈圈,不
知不覺就用姿勢跑法跑下去了。
這種跑法很奇妙,跟我原本的跑法感覺很不一樣:1.感覺不是用腳跑步,而像是被重力帶
著往前跑,腳只是用來支撐身體免得向前跌倒。2.跑的時候不抬大腿,感覺很輕鬆,不費
力。3.很自然的就會前腳掌落地。
現在好期待下班後的練習時間^^
